I've also been through a time when the process of meditating was a real struggle for me. When I attended my first-ever Buddhist seminar I thought I’m really not made for this. On day three meditating everyone was happy high on high vibes but I was not able to get connected even to the pillow I’d been sitting on the whole time.
I was really nervous about this and I thought I must be doing it completely wrong.
After I overcame my running away tendencies I decided that I’m not gonna back off, I am gonna go for it. And guess what… Before the seminar finished and I packed my stuff to go home I was high on high vibes too!
